The Queens Hotel & Spa Bournemouth, Bournemouth

The Queens Hotel has a prime location, just a short stroll to the beach and nearby shops. The staff were pleasant, and the lobby had a nice presentation. However, the rooms fell short of expectations, feeling more like a hostel than a hotel for the price. Cleanliness was also an issue, and the dining options, particularly breakfast, were not worth the cost.

Our stay was not what we had expected. The rooms were poorly maintained and didn't meet the standards we anticipated. While the location was decent, the lack of cleanliness and staff attitude really took away from the experience. We were hoping for a relaxing getaway but ended up feeling quite disappointed.
